Edy Fung (b. 1989 Los Angeles, MA RCA) is a multidisciplinary artist and curator who works in the expanded field of architecture, conducting material experiments with installation, video, digital image, sound and text around her research-led projects. Her practice explores both ends of the spectrum of the human civilisation – appropriating past mythologies and alternate histories, as well as speculating near-future societal changes implied by the latest cultural and technological shifts. Working with both tangible objects and pixels, she creates works unbounded by forms or media, that unravel invisible patterns underneath our present world.
