What is Platform Arts?
Platform is an artist-led studio group and contemporary art gallery based in Belfast’s city centre. Our role is to actively promote creative expression, presentation, and access to contemporary art practice through our Exhibition, Education and Studio Programmes.
Platform has a number of studio spaces that are rented to our member artists in order to support their professional development as practising artists.

Due to limited resources Platform, Arts is unable to consider speculative proposals from artists outside of advertised opportunities. Our exhibitions programme is usually planned up to 12 months in advance and new proposals are considered once a year, usually in autumn.
All opportunities are advertised via our News section, social media, and mailing list. Due to the number of submissions we receive we regret that we are unable to give individual feedback.
Platform Arts is always open to outreach opportunities with other groups, galleries and artist collectives. If you have an opportunity that you think we may be interested in please send us an email.
